This method is similar to ExtractPagesFromMemoryToMemory with 'repeatCount' parameter but instead of exctracting a specified number
of chunks, the chunks are extracted until the end of the document is reached when the 'repeatToEnd'
parameter is true

- The source PDF document as an array of bytes
- startPageNumber Int32
- The source PDF document page number from where to start extracting pages
- splitPageCount Int32
- The number of pages to extract

- When true this parameter indicates to split the PDF document to the end
